Common questions

What firms usually want to know.

What is included?

The managed offer includes a firm-branded hosted calculator page, the consent-led Contact Request workflow, firm admin access, managed onboarding, product updates and basic support.

Is this a referral arrangement?

No. Your firm supplies or owns its audience and remains responsible for follow-up. AusChildSupport does not sell Contact Requests or guarantee enquiry volume, client suitability or outcomes.

What information is shared with the firm?

Nothing is shared merely because someone calculates an estimate. When a person submits a Contact Request with explicit consent, the authenticated firm view can show their verified contact information, safe-contact preference, result summary, client-selected Review Factors, source page and submission record.

Does the calculator provide legal advice?

No. It provides a private estimate based on information supplied by the user. It is not legal advice and only Services Australia can issue a formal child support assessment.

How does setup work?

Setup is managed with your firm. It covers branding, configuration, admin access, contact settings, testing and launch preparation. Timing depends on your firm's approvals and supplied materials.
